FAMILY The extended Orsini/Coppola family forms the basis of the organisation and management team. This 'family' theme resonates throughout the 'Pomodoro' organisation from Ciro himself to his nephew, Antonio Coppola who is President in Chief of the world-wide operation of Ciro's Pomodoro and his niece, Antonella Orsini through to all the management staff, waitresses and kitchen staff. FOREIGN POLICY Each operator/partner in foreign locations are individuals who are prominent and noted in their own countries. Partners include celebrities such as Pat Morita who performed as Mr Miyage in 'Karate Kid' - a partner in Saudi Arabia, with a special emphasis on children's menus; and Armand Assante from the motion pictures, 'The Mambo Kings', 'Striptease', 'Private Benjamin', 'Judge Dread ' with Sylvester Stallone, to name but a few. Other partners include business celebrities such as Alinur Velidedeoglu, the internationally renowned- media mogul, director and entrepreneur - a partner in Istanbul, Turkey, together with persons connected to families central to politics. This appointment of prominent local figures will continue to be a priority in the expansion policy of Ciro's Pomodoro.
